Hi Janet, I am currently showing Edward as Joanna's father (see http://members.cox.net/trm/AveryJames.htm). I did not personally research Joanna's ancestry, but obtained the name of "Edward" for her father from Larry Chesebro's site http://www.chesebro.net/ . I just visited his site again and extracted the two sources shown below that are shown for Edward. He also lists "Margaret (unknown)" as Edward's wife and shows their family and parentage. In your pursuant research of Joanna's ancestry, I hope this information will confirm Edward to be Joanna's father.
