I have another question about the Grants in Prestons that I hope someone can answer for me. Captain Noah Grant bought land in Preston in 1792 and built a house on it. Apparently it remained in possession of the Grant family until the 20th century. It was then given to the Boy Scouts of America. Does someone know when the family gave the house to the BSA? And, does anyone know if the house is still there and what it is now used for? My sources: /Preston in Review/, p. 149 and /Preston Early Homes and Families/, No, 53. published by the Preston Historical Society, Inc. Thank you, Janet
