Packer, Robert A., 1871 Arline's maiden name was Packer; she was the daughter of Daniel F. Packer. She married Robert in October or November 1867. Both the marriage and divorce probably occured in New London County but it may have been in Windham Co. The divorce probably took place in February 1871. Need specifics. Also would appreciate anything you might have on Arline whose second husband was John Sinclaire Rathbun. She died in 1928. Thank you.
