    1. [CTNEWLON-L] Re: CTNEWLON-D Digest V02 #146
    2. The only William Yorks I found in the History of Stonington are from a considerably earlier time period than your William O. York (1863-1901): William York, born July 24, 1674, married Mary Alley December 18, 1695 (William drowned June 17, 1697); Also, William York, born October 3, 1705, m. Comfort Burdick May 18, 1727; Also, William York born February 22, 1728; Also, William York, born October 15, 1780, never married; Also, William York, born January 1, 1777, married Naomi Ray at Preston, Conn., Feb. 17, 1802. The family history (a copy of which my aunt has) claims that she is a cousin of William Henry Harrison, however I've been unable to find a viable link.
