I am wondering whether Lodice is the same person as Dise Corliss, b. Jan 23, 1757 in Norwich, CT - parents: Timothy Corliss and Ann Willoughby. While the towns are fairly distant from each other, there is a connection. Dise had an older brother, Bliss, who married Phebe Wright, (widow of Joseph Kibbe, a distant cousin of Jedidiah) in 1775 and apparently relocated to Somers, CT. Around 1776, both he and Jedidiah enlisted as privates in Somers, CT and served in the CT Line (DAR). Does anybody have information to support or refute this theory? Any help would be appreciated!
