"Duplicate of revise of 1908" actually contains some information as late as 1916.' These show this line: James YORK (1614 - 1683) & Joannah (YORK) ( - 1685) James YORK (1648 - 1676) & Deborah BELL (1650 - ) Thomas YORK (1676 - ) & Mary BROWN (1683 - ) Thomas YORK (1714 - ) & Deborah BROWN (1721 - ) Jesse YORK (1740 - 1808) & Anna BREED (1742 - ) Nathan YORK (1771 - 1853) & Martha BREED ( - 1873) William Orrin YORK (1836 - 1913) & Lydia A. PALMER ( - 1914) Edwin Orrin YORK (1863 - ) Clayton Palmer YORK (1867 - ) & Sarah Jane FRINK (1873 - ) I don't have the whole "History of Stonington" book but I believe there are sections on the BROWN, BREED, and PALMER surnames, and I suspect FRINK has a section too. The York Book has a section on the PALMER family but no information on Lydia's connections. I also have 'Cyrus Henry Brown, Brown Genealogy of Many of the Descendants of Thomas, John, and Eleazer Brown, Sons of Thomas and Mary (Newhall) Brown of Lynn, Mass., 1628-1907, The Everett Press Company (Boston, 1907). Reprinted by Guardian Press, Button Falls Road, Edmeston, NY 1997'. There is a great deal of additional information in these books, though unfortunately not much documentation of sources. My descent is from the elder Thomas, via his son Bell. - Rich Holmes
