How about probate records for father and siblings and for the father of Susannah Walsworth (who might have said "my daughter, Susannah, wife of----"? Sometimes an unmarried female sibling leaves a will with a lot of information. My biggest problem was solved with a deed which appeared, not in the land records, but in the probate records--the papers, not the journal--when the estate was settled and the land sold. The man in question came from another state to execute the deed. Of course, all this supposes that you can get the microfilms of the records in question. Can be a slow process unless you can go to the CT State Library. Good luck. Ann
