Ours migrated from Connecticut to Zanesville, Muskingum, Ohio in 1817 and obtained a land grant from the tract" for those whose families served in the American Revolution". At the time of his migration he had at least two sons: William W born 1807 in CT and Samuel born 1809 in CT. He died in 1818. At the time of his death, he was married to Mary Rowley. We do not think she was the mother of his sons, but do not know. After his death, she married Rufus Richardson, son of Jesse Richardson who was a Revolutionary veteran from CT. Timothy and the Jesse Richardson family migrated together from CT to OH. Perhaps that link will help someone to find our Timothy and Mary Rowley Watrous. In all census' the sons of Timothy, William and Samuel report their parents as being born in CT. Timothy was probably born about 1785 or around there. Thanks for any help. Sandy Watrous
