Thank you for some suggestions, the property was owned by another company and in 1998 the town turned down their request for re-zoning. Lattiziri Developement bought the property and they are the ones now trying to get it rezoned for commercial use. Another company just finished a three or four story housing project for elder people, and this is right across the street of the property. I am going to the historical society to see what I can find with the maps they have to see who did own it and when, then I will see what they have on the local people.
