You could use the street names you have from the City Directory to locate some of the EDs for the city (Norwich?)your searching in. - Go to the The NARA 1930 Microfilm locater: http://1930census.archives.gov/beginSearch.asp - Choose State from the tool bar on the upper-left-side of web page. Example: Connecticut - Choose County. Example: New London - Choose town or street. (However your street could be listed in other districts too if it was considered a interior street at some points of the enumeration process -- instead of a boundary.) ------- Another idea: Sometimes families or Mothers will go live with other family members after they have a baby. So if you have information on their relatives, you will want to search those towns or countries too.
