I find record of an Erastus Fitch Brown -175?in connection with books (?) "Jaunceys of NY" by Jos. Outerbridge Brown. I think Fitch was a maternal surname back one more generation, but I cannot make the connection. Does anyone have knowledge of the J. Outerbridge Brown books? We have hit a roadblock on Fitch Browns ancestry. Fitch was Seventh Day Baptist.
