    3. I may be speaking out of turn here but I'll speak anyway. :-) As far as I know Mystic does not have a town hall of its own. The Mystic River is the "dividing" line and the west side of Mystic falls under Groton and the east side of Mystic falls under Stonington. As far as doing any research with either town hall, I have no experience. I have done some basic research at Ledyard and have not had a problem I have found the town clerks to be very helpful.
