Hi! Just a quick question...is it the law in CT that you are only allowed to obtain CERTIFIED copies of Vital Records? I have been obtaining photocopies of many records..here in CT...and never have I been told that I can only get a CERTIFIED copy...that is until I went to Stonington, CT...there the Town Clerk told me that it is the law.
