That is not nesscessarily true, I am not a member of a geneological and have been accessing the vitals for a few years. It is just birth records under a 100 years that you are not supposed to access Just a note - to access vitals in CT you have to be a member of a Geneological Society --- not just anyone can go into the Town Clerk's Office and look through their records.
