    1. Re: [CTNEWLON-L] Brockway
    2. Dear Mr. Randall, In repsonse to your email to me regarding my posting a thank you to the list for information received, I must say, it's the first time I have ever been scolded in any way, shape, or form on ANY list, let alone yours. For posting a thank you? I find it totally unwarranted. That thank you was sent on purpose to the list, because I wanted to let anyone else who might be digging for information for me, know that I had already been helped. I really didn't see it as an annoyance. I can assure you I get far more email than even you during the course of any given day as this is also my business email address. Also, being a professional business person myself, I found your email to be more than a bit rude, and unprofessional, because it wasn't like I was being offensive with my message. If you are in fact the list owner, than perhaps you should NOT be a list owner if you are offended by such a post? I have certainly seen worse things posted on other lists. I'm sorry if a simple note of thanks to let other people know to stop digging on my behalf offended you, or anyone else on the list. Yours, John Bedard On 6 Apr 2005 at 18:33, wrandall wrote: > John Bedard, > > Would it be just as appropriate to send a thank you message privately > instead to the hundreds of busy list members? > > I am please your research is going well. > > William R.
