I cant answer Bill's question but I can say that I have Guilford (and Haddam) Hubbards in my line that I dont know anything about that I would *love* to! I have a Martha Hubbard marrying Hubbard Fowler Benton on Feb 1, 1801. Martha was of Haddam and born 1766 and died 1834 (She moved to Guilford I assume because Hubbard Benton was from Guilford). Their children are: Caroline (married John Russell) Rachel (married Alex Stevens) Mary (unmarried) Marcus HUbbard (married Elizabeth Huntley) Moninia (married Timothy Dudley) Merrit Fowler (married Anna M. Mandeville) Martha (married Darling Byington) ** This is my direct line** If you happen to know anything about thsi Martha Hubbard I would love to know!!
