I'm coming to a dead end trying to find more specific information about my g-grandfather Patrick Moran who probably died in the late 1920's . My aunts know which New Haven area he and other members of the family are buried in so I can probably find his date of death. What I need to know is the month and day of his birth which would help in finding where in Ireland he came from. Does anyone know if information of this type can be found in the New Haven newspapers of that time? And is there any researchers available to look it up? I know he worked for the New Haven Park Department but I haven't been able to find out if they have personal records that go back that far. Park Department records, if they still exist could possibly have where in Ireland he was born, which is my goal. Owen
