Would be interesting to see if your family is related to mine (my moms maiden name is Baker and we have several Baker family members buried at Beaverdale). I don't know for sure but if your local you should call city hall in New Haven and ask them your questions. You should speak to the caretaker of the cemetary and see if "Baby Baker" is listed as burial name in their books (they keep records)- Also, ask the cemetary if a funeral home handled any arrangements for the family (ie; the cemetary, wake etc) It's was very hush hush back then so you may have to pry a bit, my own grandmother lost a set of twins (would have been 4th set) and never spoke of them- names, burial place, date of death, etc) so I am at a dead end myself in that regard.
