Hi, I'm searching for information on the parents of Louisa Bishop. Louisa was b in 1805 in New Haven, CT. She married Ira Booth on Jan 30, 1825, at her father's home on State Street in New Haven & died on May 2, 1868, in Roxbury, CT. Are there New Haven City directories for yrs prior to 1840? I've been trying to locate lists of residents of State Street in the year 1825 in the hopes of locating her parents names. Thanks. Marg
