The Social Security Death Index indicates that this person's Social Security number was issued in Connecticut, but that his last residence was Bethesda, Maryland 20014. This is not proof of where he actually died, of course, but indicates his last residence of record in the Social Security system, and perhaps the place where an obituary might be found.
