Was this person a Navy man? Does it help to know that the huge National Naval Medical Center is in Bethesda? If he was a patient there, he may well have died there. http://www.nnmc.med.navy.mil/ I hope this helps. Happy Thanksgiving -- Edie in Maine The Social Security Death Index indicates that this person's Social Security number was issued in Connecticut, but that his last residence was Bethesda, Maryland 20014.
Actually, I found his obit on-line - he was an active Mason. Typed in Conrad Hahn, 1906 - 1977 - let me right to it (on Google) He was NOT who I hoped he was. Thanks, though. Sorry, I pushed the button too soon. I don't think it's necessary for somebody to be a Navy person to receive treatment at the NNMC Bethesda; I just thought that if he was, it would not be unlikely that he died there. My apologies -- Edie in Maine Earlier I wrote: Was this person a Navy man? Does it help to know that the huge National Naval Medical Center is in Bethesda?
