Hi I saw some messages about folks running into difficulties. I'd like to add my "story". I sent a note on February 12th requesting 3 records. I received a message back today (not too bad) that they do not accept personal checks. I have to send a money order. Each certified copy (birth, marriage or death) costs $5.00 each. It didn't say anything about being in-state or out-of-state. So I was happy with their timely response. I'll resubmit and let you know how that goes. Kathy Esche
