Based on census reports the Clifford mentioned in the article was brother to Edward James and they were born in Massachusetts. I was wondering knowing what requirements to become a voter might tell me about him and by default the family. Thanks for the response, Dow. I am afraid I can't help with the Ranslow name....I checked some of my own resources and did not find any info. Hopefully, someone else can help you, with the name and more data on the voter requirements. Also, many thanks for the Regan info....now it makes me wonder just who the heck were all these Regan's?
