    3. Peter, I found the historical society on line so I'll start with them. I don't really know if they were fostered or adopted. I think their mom was sent somewhere because after awhile she no longer shows up in the city directory with her husband and he's living at home with his parents. I know that could also indicate they got divorced but I have her death record and it says she was married to him. Thanks!
