Hi A few weeks back folks were telling about their experiences requesting records.I'd like to say that my experience was very positive. Initially, I sent in for 3 records from New Haven but sent a personal check. Within 2 weeks I got a form back saying that a bank check was required. I resent my request and about 2 weeks after that, I had my copies!
