Illustrated in black and white There are some spots on pages, but only around the edges, not on the photos, sketches or writing. It has two holes where it was in a 2 ring binder? As you can see in the photo below. The book is in overall good shape other than the normal wear of a 66 yr. old book. It is soft cover/paper back, with 24 pages. Size of the book is 8 x 11. The book is actually light blue in color, the book is a lot clearer than the photos show.
