East Haddam is, but I believe that it may be the Congregational Church located on the road to Hadlyme. Anyway, Records for the 2nd Congregational Church is at the Connecticut State Library and is on film at the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City. These records consist of Minutes 1733-1931, Vital Records 1733-1931. Marriages, 1736-1799 in Vol. 1 of Bailey's Connecticut Marriages from Church Records, pages 82-89. You might want to check the East Haddam page on Middlesex County USGENWEB. If I remember correctly the owner of the East Haddam page is Carol Sterling who may be able to help you.
