Sarah Bill of Middletown, born 10 Feb. 1762-3, married 1788 in Middletown to Tristram [Hall,Neill,Hull] depending on which source you use. Sarah died in Westfield,MA. in 1845. She was a widow at the time of her death. She had these children all supposedly born in Middletown---John,Samuel,Hiram,William,Sarah and Charles.Also a stillborn dau. on 20 Feb. 1793 to"Capt. Hull"[per Westfield Congregational Church records-page 273. I am descended from Hiram, born 24 Feb.1796,m. 1821 to Lucy Johnson. Would very much like to find out more about "Capt. Hull" as at present I am only making wild suppositions. I am guessing a birth date of 1750-60 and he would have died prior to 1845. According to marriage notices he was from Newport. Son Samuel went to Indiana,John m. P. Pomeroy and Sophia ?? in reverse order,William apparently stayed in Middletown,Sarah m. Ralph Lay, and Charles m. Mercy Ann Ward and lived i Westfield. Can anyone help nail down my elusive "Capt. Hull"??? Sandi Fish
