Hi Norris, I have not seriously chased this line back beyond these shores and only have "Spencers of the Great Migration" right now as source other than LDS which I take with a grain of salt until I can locate some serious, solid research. It sounds like you are as finicky as I am. However, Jerry England who is also a descendant has e-mailed me the marriage date from the records in Lynn, MA for Gerard and Hannah's marriage. I quote Jerry "On 17 Dec 1636 when Gerard was 22, he married (1) Hannah HILLS, in Lynn, Essex, MA. Born abt 1618 in England. Hannah died in Haddam, Middlesex, CT bef Oct 1683; she was 65." I am posting this to the list because these are the very things that need to be shared and discussed in an open forum to resolve questions. I would love to get more information rolling to the masses from original sources like the one Jerry just sent me. Where did you get the Lynn reference, Jerry?
