I've just become aware that there was something called the 'Susquehanna Company' about 1754-1803 that has something to do with land grants and migration from CT to PA. These are books listing names of CT folks that went 'west' to PA in the late 1700s? Does anyone have access to copies of these books? And would you be willing to search for any reference to LAWRENCE, Henry, Benjamin and Jonathan, and BAILEY, Robert, and Griffin. We know our LAWRENCEs say, on the PA census, that they came from CT to PA, but don't know why and can't find them in CT - yet! Thanks for any help - good searching to all!
