Are there city directories for Portland? I'm interested as far back into the late 1890's to about 1910. Sharon in Mn.

Sharon, I have made notes on my ancestors in Portland City Directories from 1898-99. They may go back earlier, but that's the earliest my relatives appear so I have not made any earlier references. The Portland City Directories are grouped together with the Middletown Directories at least on the Microfilms that I've looked at in the Library of Congress.
