Sue, when I was little (a LONG time ago!) we used to spend the summers in Norfolk, CT. There were some Hubbards there at the time (early or mid 1930's). I can't remember the kids' names, but I think there were 2 boys...(this is digging 'way back, but I know there were some Hubbards there at that time. It's possible that, like us, they were only there for the summer. (In our case, we stayed in a house owned by some distant cousins, which was always empty...except, of course, when we were there.) Norfolk was a wonderful little town, and from what I've heard lately, it still is; hasn't really grown or become too commercial although I think there are several B&B's there now. I realize this doesn't help you much...sorry! Barbara in MO (but originally from NYC) P.S. I just looked at a book I have about Norfolk, and in the index there's an Alan Hubbard. It mentions him as being one of the men who played golf in 1929 on the new golf course.
