Hello, Deb -- Thank you for taking the time to look up George Rich for me. I'm not sure, but I think that he is the one you listed as age 60 in 1910 living in Middletown. I looked this one up and he is noted as being divorced - that's what I'm looking for, a George Rich, born between 1850-1860, who was divorced about 1890 who is living near Moodus. I don't know if this is him yet or not. I've written to the County Clerk where he was presumed to have been divorced and requested a copy of the divorce records, hopefully it'll have enough information for me to pinpoint him in these few census records.
