Jenece, my ggrmother's first husband was William A. Spencer from Chester, Middlesex. She died young and grampa was taken in by his half-brother. They lived in New Haven. Mary H. Webb's 2nd husband was Charles Robin, from Scotland. Does this tie into your Spencers? (There's also another line married into my Ensign ancestors in the Hartford/East Hartford area).
