Gail, The only William that I have in my SPENCER line is shown as b. 1656 and d. 1712. I come down from Gerard, Gerard, Thomas Lawrence, Thomas, Thomas and then Phebe b. 1741 d. 1809 who m. Deacon Benjamin CARTER. I don't have any other information on William. Sorry. I did not try to fill in the family if they were not direct line for me on this family. It was hard to get this far! Kelsey/Kelcey line is William, Daniel and then Jane b. 1699 d. 1762 who m. Deacon Benjamin CARTER. (Yes, two different Deacon Benjamins, which are father and son, Deacons in two different churches. The first one with the First Society in Killingworth, the second with the Baptist church.) There is also a Phebe CARTER (daughter of Benjamin & Phebe) b. 1761 d. 1818 that m. Ezra Kelsey b. 1761 d. 1847. They relocated to Whiting, Addison, Vermont. Ezra's parents were Ezra & Mary CLARK KELSEY. The last Kelsey line I have is Ella Maria SNOW b. 1856 d. Aft 1880 daughter of Arthur and Lucy Minerva WRIGHT SNOW who m. Joseph Dudley KELSEY b. Abt. 1857 d. Aft 1880. Joseph was the son of Francis A. and Elizabeth KELSEY.
