My great-grandfather is Thomas Francis Wilson, Sr., the first of three "only children" all male, all "Thomas Francis Wilson". I have his death and burial records but I have not been able to get any further back since I can't break this wall. TFW, Sr. married Annie McGarry and lived in Brooklyn, NY for the bulk of his life. I've been to the State Library in Hartford and gone through rolls of microfilm for 5 years prior and after 1863 to no avail. Any suggestions as to finding the key to this ancestors's parents and his early history would be a help. He appears to have dropped from the sky. Thanks, Pat Wilson-Perkins
