    1. [CTMIDDLE] Update
    2. Susan Penn Groover
    3. Hi everyone! This has been heavy on my heart since Ancestry / Roots Web announcement. I have been admin / moderator for various mailing lists for 25+ years (some lists that predate Roots Web). The options for change do not fit my personal criteria. This is, also, not happening at a time I am able to give personal time for this change. Plus, I think Ancestry is not given an adequate “heads up” for this change. (I personally admin 200+ lists) So I have made the decision to become a subscriber as opposed to an administrator. I will remain admin to the mailing lists I currently admin till Roots Web makes the changes they propose on March 2^nd . I am leaving the decision for change to the list members. I am still gathering options. I will post suggestions in the next few days. The major option I am hearing is Facebook. I suppose this could work. But Facebook, in my humble opinion, would be turning a mailing list into a message board. And various mailing list members have stated they would not Facebook. Personally, I am in this bucket. I have personal issues with Facebook. Open discussion on the list. Voice your opinion. Enough for now. Will post more on other options in the future. 2. Carol Boggs
    3. Shelley, When I read your message about the Coe family I contacted one of my Coe cousins in Durham, CT and asked her if she was familiar with the people you mentioned. She provided the following information that may be helpful to you. Let me know if you have any luck with your search. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I opened my E-mail and to my surprise found your note re: picture of Curtis Camp. The Curtis Camp that I knew married Fanny Coe June 30th 1904. Fanny Coe was my grandfather’s aunt. They lived in Middletown, Ct. Their children were Evelyn, born Mar. 13, 1907 and Curtis born Aug. 24, 1912. Evelyn C. married Willard D. Hubbard Sept 28, 1929. Their children were Joan Camp Hubbard, born April 15, 1934 and Evelyn Davis born March 30, 1936 Joan Camp Hubbard married Ernest Minard Myer Their children were Barbara Jean, born Nov. 10, 1958 and Carol Evelyn born Aug 15, 1960 Joan’s address is Rt. 1, Box 202, West Hurley, N. Y. Evelyn Davis Hubbard married Wm. Larson Apr. 15 1959. Evelyn lives on Bartlett St., Portland, Ct. Their children were Elizabeth Joan, born Aug. 4, 1964 and Kristen Lynn, born Apr. 10, 1969 I’m certain that the sisters will be delighted to learn of the picture of Curtis Camp. Curtis Camp was town clerk in Durham for several years. That whole family was very faithful in attending the Coe reunion until it was disbanded not many years ago. The family has moved to various places now and so those who lived in Conn. were the only ones who attended yearly 20, some years and 30, or more other years. Hope this helps get the picture back to family if they are one and the same." 3. Shelley, Thank you for taking the time to search for a family member who would appreciate a photograph of Curtis CAMP. I, of course, do "pass" on your offer, as I've very distantly related to the family. Closest connection is with the mother for Curtis, Melissa COE who married Fairchild CAMP. Melissa is a fifth cousin four times removed to me. Wish you good luck and eventual success in your search.
