David Sherman Sears was born 1780 in CT and married Thankful Irish in NY. They settled in Cayuga Co, NY. They had several children including MYRON SEARS (my GGGgrandfather). Myron married Amanda Clement and they also had several children (including my great, great grandfather DAVID S.SEARS born abt. 1836/37).
