    3. I'm looking for the parents or siblings of Nancy STEVENS (1790-1884). According to her death record in Stamford, she was born in New Canaan. She was the widow of Lewis LOCKWOOD. I'm also looking for the parents or siblings of Sally/Sarah STEVENS (1786-1876). According to her death record in Stamford she was also born in New Canaan. She was the widow of Elias PALMER. If anyone knows anything that might help me in my research, it would be very much appreciated. Both are 4ggmothers of mine. Thanks, Jeanne

    3. Hi Jeanne, I have 2 Nancy Stevens in my file. Only one possibly fits. Nancy Stevens born 22 Feb. 1791 in Stamford, Fairfield, Connecticut. Her parents are Joseph Stevens II and Rhonda Seeley. I do not have a marriage for her and I do not have a death date. I can give you her parents' information if you would like to explore that possibility. I have 16 Sarah Stevens in my file. There was not any of them that seem to fit your Sarah. I have many Palmers in my file, but not even one named Elias. I know this research can be frustrating. I will keep your information in a file and watch for any clues that may help you. Let me know if you want information on Joseph Stevens II and Rhonda Seeley.
