Sandy Hook does not have one but it maybe associated with the country library. Fairfield would be the one to contact and they can give you a direction to get a death notice. Most public libraries have local newspapers on microfilm and will do a search for you for a fee. You need to find out the fee and how they would like payment for the service. Some libraries will send an invoice along with the notice and some want the money before they mail the notice. Hope this will help you.
