I am originally from Trumbull but I don't know if I can help you much. White Plains is a section of Trumbull (formerly Stratford or I think it may have been called North Stratford but don't quote me on that. The only other thing I know about White Plains is that it is a road in Trumbull. There is a historical society for Trumbull too but I don't have the web site handy. Any other questions about Trumbull you can email me as my parents & sister still live there so I frequently go there (I live in CT also but on the other end of the state).
