This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. I currently have the 1939 National Guard/Naval Militia/Governors Guard Yearbook for CT. It is not indexed, so I would need to know if there were any other towns he could be listed under. He didn't appear under the Battery C 2nd Battalion,192nd Field Artillary,Norwalk,CT where both my grandfathers were. There names were Benjamin Ruedemann and John James Straub. I do have many connections to Norwalk but do not currently live there. I may go visit relatives in the near future and would be happy to send you a printed photo through snail mail as I do not own a digital camera yet. Please send me a separate email with your address and any other info you know such as location within the cemetery. I am not sure when I can accomplish this but if you can't get it any other way let me know. Also, if you need the phone number or other info on St. John's I can probably get that very easily for you.
