You didn't state - is this the same St. Mary's that's associated w/St. John's Cemetery? If so, I had good luck with locating records through St. John's for St. Mary's (looking for STURM family). The staff was very helpful, and while I didn't find all the info I had hoped for it was a big help. One thing they mentioned was that St. Mary's was used by several local parishes - if you know what parish your family was in you may want to start there. Also, if there's record of which funeral home was involved at the time of burial you may want to follow up with them - the staff of St. John's/St. Mary's told us that quite frequently (in that area, anyway) the funeral home might have family related info that the cemetery may not have on file.
