The DeForest I am searching is Isaac DeForest ( sp?). I know he was born in Nova Scotia, but I cannot go any furhter without knowing his dad's name etc. It seems he came back and had kids in CT before he had kids in NY etc. Do you have any other information of DeForest around 1800 or before in Nova Scotia. I have only found loyalist Ephraim DeForest and he had a son Nathan, however I cannot make a linkage to them. Sandee
