Haux Louise D. Haux, 91, of Fairfield died Tuesday at her home. Born in Bridgeport to the late Frank A. and Dorothea L. Haux, she had worked for many years as a secretary for Prudential Insurance Co. until her retirement in April 1973. Predeceased by her brothers, Frank A. Haux Jr. and Charles Haux, she is survived by her brother, Robert John Haux and his wife, Helen, of Vero Beach, Fla.; her niece, Dorothea L. Haux Lujick and her husband, John, of Fairfield; nephews, Frank A. Haux II and his wife, Mary Bet, of Bolton Landing, N.Y., Richard B. Haux of Fairfield, George Haux and his wife, Ann, of Skaneateles, N.Y., and the Rev. Robert Haux and his wife, Su, of Georgia; her companion and caregiver for the past 1.5 years, Lynn Shkolyaruk; and many great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place today at 9 a.m. at the Lesko Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, with interment to follow in Lawncroft Burial Park.
