    3. You don't even need a local researcher to do this research. You need to find someone with access to a Family History Center or who lives in Salt Lake City. These researchers can access the films with the information you need, make the necessary copies, and there you are! I am a Connecticut Yankee by birth and by pedigree and I have been doing extremely successful research from California for over 30 years.
