The son of Patrick and Rebecca Brevard-Robinson, he was born in Camden, S.C., on Oct. 16, 1931. He was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church. He moved to Norwalk in 1954 and was employed as a chef for the former Jolly Fisherman restaurant for many years. Later he worked for Young's Nursery. He is survived by a daughter, Katina Robinson-Ellis of Raleigh, N.C.; five sisters, Esther Boyd and Gladys Green, both of South Norwalk, and the Rev. Lottie Belton, Edna Frazier and Frances Reed, all of Camden, S.C.; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
