Harvey Griswold; a listing of their six children included Lewis W. Griswold. 2nd Source: Jason Allen Coffman, 4385 E. Campo Bello Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85032: From Griswold family Bible in possession of Mrs. Mary Short: Lewis W. Griswold, son of Harvey Griswold and Laura Batterson, both of Litchfield Co., CT, b. 12 Oct. 1826. He married Mary Rigby 5 May 1851. The marriage is further verified by New Hartford (CT) Marriages. I have three children for them, possibly there was one more. It has been a difficult piecing together of bits here and there. I do not know how interested you are in this great, great uncle of mine, but I have compiled a chronology for him. There is a blank from when his daughter Eva Marie was born to when he appeared in Toledo City Directory in 1867. Let me hear from you. I have learned quite a bit more since I put in my query.
