The person sending these out is SPAMMING all the mailing lists. Before you go, keep in mind that 1) they are going to make you give name and e-mail to use the service and 2)65.10.15.149 = home.com, one of the ISP's that sends out the most SPAM and 3) There is no contact person (e-mail address), only a form if you want to get hold of them. Something smells just a bit fishy here.......
