Frank Gormley was born 4 Aug 1905 in NYC. He was the son of Frank Gormley and Kate McGinn Goodwin. He served in WW II in the army and was last seen in 1948 in NYC at his brother-in-law's funeral. There is no record of him with the VA and Social Security has no record of his death and no record of his ever collecting benefits. He would have been 65 in 1970. Therefore, I assume that he probably died before 1963 and definitely before 1971. At the time of the funeral Frank was living with his aunt Mary(Gormley) Jacobs(on) of New Canaan, CT. The family was Catholic. I assume Frank is either buried in NYC at Calvary or in New Canaan. --Kevin
